روابط ساختاری بین مدیریت کیفیت جامع و چابکی سازمانی با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر چابکی سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی یادگیری سازمانی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 290 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط شهرک صنعتی مبارکه تشکیل می‌دادند. حجم نمونه براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان و به روش تصادفی ساده، 165 نفر تعیین گردید. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های چابکی سازمانی شریفی و ژانگ (1999)، مدیریت کیفیت جامع وانیچ چینچای و ایگل (2011) و یادگیری سازمانی نیفه (2001) استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه تأیید شد و پایایی آن‌ها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 822/0، 756/0 و 795/0 به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌ها، از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم‌افزار SMART-PLS استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر چابکی و یادگیری سازمانی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که تأثیر یادگیری سازمانی بر چابکی سازمانی مثبت و معنادار است. علاوه بر این، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر چابکی سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی یادگیری سازمانی تأثیرگذار است. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده، مدیریت کیفیت جامع و یادگیری سازمانی می‌توانند در جهت ایجاد و بهبود چابکی در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط مؤثر واقع شوند.
