تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر مزیت رقابتی با نقش میانجی نوآوری سبز (مورد مطالعه: بخش درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز)

چکیده

مدیریت کیفیت جامع تغییر پارادایمی در فلسفه مدیریت و یک فرهنگ نوین سازمانی است که می‌تواند منشا کسب مزیت رقابتی و نوآوری‌های سازمان باشد. این تحقیق با هدف تأثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع و ابعاد نرم و سخت آن بر مزیت رقابتی با نقش میانجی‌گری نوآوری سبز انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری مطالعه، 206نفر از مدیران و مسئولین مراکز درمانی دانشگاه علوم و پزشکی شیراز می‌باشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کُکران 158 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها شامل سه پرسشنامه‌ی بسته و استاندارد بود و امتیازدهی آن، به صورت طیف لیکرت پنج گزینه‌ای تنظیم شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های توصیفی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در این پژوهش از نرم افزار SPSS 22 و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها و تحلیل مسیر و تحلیل عاملی مرتبه‌ی اول و دوم از نرم افزار لیزرل 8.8 استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌های مطالعه، مشخص شد که رابطه‌ی بین دو بعد نرم و سخت مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر نوآوری سبز و مزیت رقابتی مثبت و معنادار است. همچنین نتایج نشان دادند که مدیریت کیفیت جامع با نقش میانجی‌گری نوآوری سبز تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مزیت رقابتی می‌گذارد. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، ابعاد نرم مدیریت کیفیت جامع نسبت به ابعاد سخت آن تأثیر بیشتری بر مزیت رقابتی می‌گذارد لذا به مدیران توصیه می شود که در به کاربردن استراتژی‌های کیفی توجه بیشتری به استفاده از ابعاد نرم مدیریت کیفیت جامع داشته باشند.
