طراحی و تبیین الگوی مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانی در شرکت گاز استان مازندران

چکیده

مسئولیت اجتماعی به صنعت نفت و گاز کمک می‌کند تا ازنظر اجتماعی و به‌ویژه تأثیر احتمالی فعالیت‌های خود، استانداردسازی اقدام‌ها، کاهش ریسک‌ها و بحران‌های اجتماعی نسبت جامعه و محیط پاسخگو باشند. ازاین‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی مسئولیت اجتماعی در شرکت گاز استان مازندران به‌عنوان یکی از شرکت‌های تابعه شرکت ملی گاز ایران بوده است. روش پژوهش از نوع ترکیبی بوده و از حیث کیفی جهت آشنایی و آموختن ادراک و دیدگاه ذینفعان در مورد ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر تبیین الگوی مسئولیت اجتماعی از روش مصاحبه استفاده گردید و از حیث کمی نیز ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر مسئولیت اجتماعی از طریق پرسشنامه موردسنجش قرار گرفت. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها مبتنی بر مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بوده و برای تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از روش‌های آماری استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن است که هر 9 بعد به‌عنوان ابعاد یا سازه‌های اصلی در الگوی نهایی پژوهش باقی ماندند و از 26 مؤلفه‌ی احصاء شده، تنها مؤلفه‌ی عمل به اصول اخلاقی متعارف جامعه، حذف و بقیه مؤلفه‌ها در الگوی نهایی تحقیق حفظ شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب تمامی مؤلفه­ها و ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی در شرکت موردمطالعه، شکاف معنی‌دار وجود دارد. صنعت گاز ایران و به‌ویژه شرکت‌ موردمطالعه برای حفظ مشروعیت و تصویر مثبت خود در جامعه و نزد شهروندان، نیازمند رعایت اصول مسئولیت اجتماعی بوده و ازاین‌رو، آشنایی با ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر مسئولیت اجتماعی برای صنعت گاز دارای اهمیت زیادی است.
