The main purpose of this study was to design a model to improve the quality of student cooperation in the education system. In the present study, a qualitative method based on Grounded Theory was used. Potential participants were all experts, teachers and education specialists in Shiraz. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 experts using targeted sampling method by selecting key experts. Theoretical saturation was used to reach the sample adequacy, so that the interviews continued until the theoretical saturation was reached. Research data were collected by semi-structured interviews and to ensure the reliability and adequacy of research data, the method of repeated study, data comparison, summarization and classification of information without changes in the data was used. Findings showed that the categories and components of improving the quality of cooperative spirit include 20 categories and 65 concepts. Based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin's data theory, after open coding, concepts and categories were extracted. Underlying conditions, intervening conditions, phenomenon-oriented, strategies and consequences were identified and then the research pattern was drawn. The results indicate that in terms of consequence category; Promoting a culture of self-sacrifice, increasing social responsibility, increasing social participation, increasing communication and group skills, enriching humanitarian values, growing motivation and academic achievement; It can improve the quality of students' cooperative spirit.
