شناسایی و مدلسازی فعالیت‌های مشترک در فرایند طراحی و توسعه محصول مشترک جدید

چکیده

امروزه محصولات پیچیده‌تر شده‌اند لذا شرکت‌ها لازم دارند با توجه به محدودیت منابع خود، به دانش و تخصص نهفته در شرکت‌های بیرونی برای نوآوری و بهبود عملکرد مراجعه کنند. بر این اساس شرکت‌ها اقدام به تشریک مساعی با یکدیگر می‌کنند. از طرفی ورود به شراکت نیازمند شناخت دقیق فعالیت‌های مشترک و ارتباط آنها با یکدیگر جهت اجرای مؤثرتر آن می‌باشند.
این پژوهش 10 فعالیت مشترک در طراحی و توسعه محصول مشترک جدید که شرکت‌ها را قادر می‌سازد تا از آنها به عنوان ابزاری برای ترکیب دانش و تخصص در یک شراکت، استفاده نموده و عملکرد خود را افزایش دهند، تعیین و معرفی کرده است.
«فعالیت‌های مقدماتی»، «اشتراک‌گذاری منابع و اطلاعات»، «برنامه‌ریزی مشترک»، «حل مسألة مشترک» و «اندازه‌گیری عملکرد مشترک» در دو فرایند «طراحی و توسعه محصول» و فرآیند «شراکت» به همراه جزئیات آنها از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان به عنوان فعالیت‌های مشترک شناسایی شده‌اند و سپس با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری ـ تفسیری روابط بین آنها نشان داده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد هیچ فعالیت مستقلی وجود ندارد و دو فعالیت مقدماتی در فرایند طراحی (شامل بررسی همخوانی دانشی و مکمل بودن منابع) و فرایند شراکت (شامل بررسی سبک رهبری، سوابق شرکا و ...) تمامی فعالیت‌های مشترک را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و همچنین چهار فعالیت مشترک در فرایند طراحی تمامی فعالیت‌های مشترک در فرایند شراکت را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد.
