Given the importance of sustainable development, energy management and the role of buildings in energy consumption, the issue of green structures has been considered from a scientific and practical perspective. Green building project management is an effort to ensure integrated quality in economic, social and environmental terms. Reasonable use of natural resources and proper management of construction have helped to preserve natural resources and reduce energy consumption (energy conservation) and have increased environmental quality. This study has been developed with the aim of modeling the evaluation of technical requirements of green structures based on customer needs. First, the issue of limited energy resources and green building project management is examined. In the following, the green building as a new generation of buildings is discussed.
In order to evaluate the technical requirements of green structures, in the first step, the needs of customers are identified and prioritized by fuzzy network analysis method. To translate the needs of customers to the technical requirements of green buildings and compile their communication matrix, the fuzzy quality function has been used. Since the tools for measuring weights and determining relationships have been the verbal expressions of experts, to overcome the existing uncertainty, fuzzy logic and triangular fuzzy numbers have been used to quantify the views of experts. The results of fuzzy network analysis showed that the cost management index has the highest priority. Building aesthetics index in the second priority, energy management index and risk management are in the next priorities. Finally, the results of the fuzzy quality function showed that in the construction of a green building, the construction cost is of the greatest importance. Structural strength is the second priority and required spaces, structure size, public space design and construction time are in the next priorities. In order to assess the technical requirements of green structures, the first steps should be focused on cost management.
