بررسی تحلیلی مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره‌ی تأمین پایدار در صنعت محصولات کنجدی

چکیده

حفظ سطح سودآوری سازمان‌های تولیدی در حین انجام فرایندهای معمول کسب‌و‌کار از طریق فعالیت‌های محیطی و اجتماعی پایدار یک چالش جهانی برای تمامی سازمان‌هاست. مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره‌ی تأمین پایدار مبحث نوظهوری در ادبیات بین‌المللی است که ضمن تأکید بر استفاده از مدیریت کیفیت در درون سازمان به جلوه‌های پایداری در درون و برون سازمان اشاره دارد. استفاده از مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره‌ی تأمین پایدار باعث ارتقای سطح عملکرد در سازمان می‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه‌ی مدلی به‌منظور بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره‌ی تأمین پایدار در صنایع کنجدی استان یزد است. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف در زمره‌ پژوهش‌های کاربردی قرار می‌گیرد. همچنین از بعد میزان کنترل متغیرها توصیفی و از جنبه‌ی گردآوری داده‌ها‌ی پیمایشی است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است، 16 بعد شناسایی شده از ادبیات پژوهش با استفاده از فنون مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری در پنج سطح کلی قرار می‌گیرد. پاسخ‌دهندگان به پرسش‌نامه مقایسات زوجی را تعداد 13 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و صنعتی تشکیل داده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان‌دهنده‌ی تأثیرگذاری قوانین و مقررات به‌عنوان عامل زیربنایی و متغیر کلیدی مدل و عامل آلودگی به‌عنوان خروجی اثرپذیر مدل است.
 
Analytical investigation of sustainable supply chain quality management in sesame products industry
Abstract
Maintaining profitability level of manufacturing organizations while performing normal business processes through sustainable environmental and social activities is a global challenge for all organizations. Sustainable supply chain quality management which is an emerging topic in the international literature not only emphasizes the use of quality management within the organization but also point to the effects of sustainability inside and outside of the organization. Using sustainable supply chain quality management improves the level of performance in the organization. This study aims to present a model in order to investigate factors affecting the sustainable supply chain quality management of sesame industries in Yazd province. The present study is an applied research, a descriptive survey in terms of controlling the variables as well as a survey research methodology from data collection aspect. The results indicate that 16 dimensions identified from literature are classified into five general levels using interpretive structural modeling technique. Respondents to paired comparisons questionnaire consist of 13 academic and industrial experts. The results of this study show the impact of laws and regulations as the underlying factor and the key variable of the model and also the pollution factor as the effective output of the model. Managers of Yazd province’s sesame industry can utilize the output as a guide to achieve quality while ensuring supply chain sustainability.
