مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز و عملکرد سازمان؛ نقش تعدیلگر گواهینامه ایزو

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر اقدامات داخلی و خارجی مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز بر عملکرد سازمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش تعدیلگر گواهینامه استاندارد ایزو می باشد.برای گردآوری داده ها از روش میدانی و کتابخانه ای استفاده شد. متناسب با مولفه های مورد استفاده در پژوهش، پرسشنامه ای شامل 72 سوال مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. سپس داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر اساتید گروه مدیریت و خبرگان صنعت به تایید رسید . از آلفای کرونباخ برای بررسی پایایی استفاده شد که میزان بیشتر از ۰.۷ را نشان داد. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در محیط نرم افزار تایید یا رد فرضیه ها سنجش شدند. نتایج نشان داد که از بین 9 فرضیه، 4 فرضیه با توجه به اینکه سطح معناداری ضریب تأثیر بزرگتر از ۰.۰۵است، رد و بقیه تایید شدند. لذا مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز فرصتی برای شرکت ها فراهم می کند تا برای طراحی و تولید محصولات سبز، سرمایه گذاری کنند.
