ارائه مدل مفهومی بکار گیری تئوری اقتضایی در پیاده سازی مدیریت کیفیت جامع

چکیده

یکی از اهداف اصلی پیاده سازی سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت بهبود عملکرد سازمانها می باشد. این هدف اساسی باعث گشته است که همواره این سوال برای پژوهشگران مطرح باشد که آیا به راستی پیاده سازی سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت عملکرد سازمانها را ارتقاء داده است یا خیر. تلاش برای پاسخ به این سوال باعث شده است که پژوهش های زیادی در زمینه تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت بر عملکرد سازمان طی 20 سال گذشته انجام شود. نکته ای که در این پژوهش ها حائز اهمیت می باشد نتایج ضد و نقیض این پژوهش ها می باشد. به گونه ای که در تعدادی از پژوهش ارتباط مثبت بین رویه‌های مدیریت کیفیت و عملکرد سازمان تایید شده است و در تعدادی دیگر این ارتباط تائید نشده است. این نتایج گمراه کننده تعدادی از محققان را برآن داشت تا این نتایج را توجیه نمایند. یکی از مهم‌ترین دلایلی که توسط تعدادی از صاحب نظران حوزه مدیریت کیفیت ارائه شده است تاثیر متغیرهای اقتضایی بر پیاده سازی رویه های مدیریت کیفیت می‌باشد. این مقاله با بررسی گسترده‌ی ادبیات و پژوهش های مدیریت کیفیت، تعداد زیادی از متغیرهای اقتضایی در این حوزه را شناسایی کرده و آنها را در قالب جدیدی که پیش از این مورد توجه قرار نگرفته بود دسته بندی نموده است. همچنین در انتها با ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی شیوه بررسی این متغیرها را برای پژوهشگران آتی هموار نموده است
